Twennty years of expensive education later....he can iron!
After I had been in Church this Afternoon, changing the colour of everything and laying out the white vestments, I realised that the Altar Cloth in the Lady Chapel was dirty and that we had no linen purificators! The horror! And Irene is away! Resourceful as ever, I hot footed it to Quality Save and bought some spray starch and downloaded instructions on the internet as to the safe and effective operation of an ironing board and iron and set about the task. I am very pleased with the results and am available for reasonably priced tuition on ironing at the usual address!
