Last Sunday saw the end of an era, as our long serving organist, Ian, left for London. Ian has finished his LLB, a law conversion course, and so is off to London to train with a firm of solicitors. We will all be sorry to see Ian go, particularly as he has worked so hard recently building the choir up to a wonderful sound from nine members. Thankfully, an influx in church numbers has led to an extension of interest in the choir. We all wish Ian well for the future and send him all our best wishes. Our new organist starts this Sunday, and we hope he will be as happy here as Ian has been.
