Andrew, Lee and Shawn would like to wish all our readers a blessed Christmas. You are assured of our prayers and warmest wishes. Know that if you are sad, depressed, ill or dying, you are not the first to be so at this time and you are sure not to be the last. Christ was born at this time to die, a sacrifice welcomed into the world amongst immigrant kings, asylum seekers and itinerant shepherds, who were the lowest of the low in that society. By the grace of this day, we are all given hope of redemption and the assurance, at the last, of eternal life.
If you are happy, surrounded by family and friends and with a surfeit of good things, well, enjoy this time, but don't neglect your prayers and the daily Mass, if you are lucky enough to have one. The Word is made flesh and dwelt amongst us, the hope of peace broke like the daybreak in a stable, in Bethlehem, full of grace and truth. Be full of grace as you can be and know that our prayers are that you will be guided in the way of truth all the days of your lives. And pray for us, servants of a servant King.
