The Crib after the service. Here are just a few photographs taken by Ken Savage of the Midnight Mass at St Hildas, Prestwich. We had a very good turnout, with some welcome, but surprise guests whom we had not seen for some time. (Dan, remember you said you would come on the Epiphany!). We were pleased to have a representative from our friends at the Russian Orthodox Church, who you can see on the above pictures.
I suppose it's just me and you for a while now, Fr Lee has gone to America and Shawn will be looking after him and his family, so you will have to put up with my ramblings until we get a letter from America! I am very glad that we have such polite and well intentioned messages in the comments boxes on this site, not the veiled insults seen on some recently. Keep it up!
