Next Thursday, the 6th of December, we will continue our First Thursday prayer group with a preparation for Advent, at 7pm in the Community Room, rather than the Church, because of the cold. Whenever people say they 'get nothing from Mass' I generally say that is because they are not bringing anything with them , or are bringing a litany of complaint, rather than of praise. This hour on Thursday evening, led by a friend, will help us all to get more out of Advent, by being more fully prepared for the coming of the Lord.
