A lenten haircut is called for.
Today is shrove tuesday, so of course there were pancakes. However, rather than shrivening, I bought a pre-made liquid mix from Sainsburys, which was excellent and free of the usual lumps. As a further last-minute Lenten preparation I am going to have a shower and go to bed early, because I am very tired.
